Systems Engineer

Job Title: Design EngineerJob DescriptionAs a Design Engineer, you will be responsible for creating innovative solutions and designing material handling equipment such as conveyor belts and other machinery tailored to specific facility requirements. Your role will include adding capacity, retrofitting areas for new equipment, rearranging existing equipment, and determining the layouts of the site. Additionally, you will draft RFPs, collaborate with vendors for site selection, and manage the engineering design process up to the handoff for execution.Hard Skills

Work SiteThis is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Nashville, Tennessee and some days remote.Work EnvironmentYou will report to the Industrial Design Manager and can work remotely for up to 11 months of the contract. However, relocation to Nashville may be required if a full-time offer is extended.
