Maintenance Handy Person Fix It All Needed

Looking for a ONCE a week maintenance person for a property in Knoxville, and one in Gatlinburg. Will primarily be in Knoxville. Needs to be handy and can do jobs such as painting, light plumbing, moving items, skilled in maintenance, light drywall repair, some landscaping, etc. Must be handy with various tools, repairs, etc.

5 Hours Per Week, One Day a Week.

Can generally work around your schedule. $23/hour paid on the same day after the work is done. Will be reimbursed $15 for gas for days that are at the Gatlinburg property.
