Maintenance Person

I’m looking for a maintenance person for my rental property. Houses are off Broadway.

This is a part to full time job. Must have own truck and own their own tools. Prefer HVAC certified but not required, need to have experience in carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical.

Will be working on maintenance request as they come up. Turn houses for the next tenant.

Must have non family members references. Pass a background and drug test. Pay is bi-weekly on Fridays. Pay is negotiable.
