Maintenance Technician

Local Property Management company looking for maintenance person

This position will be 35-40 hours per week. The applicant will be responsible for the following:

Daily maintenance - painting, cleaning, trash removal, yard cleaning, fire alarm testing and installation

Small repairs - doors, windows, floors, sheetrock, basic plumbing and electric

Applicant must have automobile and valid driver's license. We provide all necessary tools and equipment.

Position starts at $22- $25 per hour, depending on applicant experience and skill level. Includes daily fuel/mileage reimbursement.
