We are a family-owned property management company in Providence, and we're looking to hire a full-time Maintenance Worker. Key responsibilities include preparing apartments for rental: painting, cleaning, and basic repairs.

- Having a truck or van is preferable.

- A valid driver’s license and proof of insurance are required.

- Up to $25.00/hour, with overtime available as needed.

- Benefits - paid time off & vacation time available
