Gracie’s Ventures Will Provide:
Hands-on involvement with the leadership team and front/back-of-house operations as it pertains to line cook.

Key Responsibilities
Include, but are not limited to:
Daily organizational tasks, prepping for dinner service, getting mise en place ready. A minimum of 1-2 years of kitchen experience is required, with an interest in fine dining. Perfect job for someone in culinary school to learn and grow!

Position Type: Full Time
Shift Outlook: Wednesday-Sunday. If in culinary school, MUST be available to work during school breaks or have flexibility, and be available to work during summer. We are looking for a year commitment plus from any candidate.
Performance Schedule: 90-day informal check-in, 6-month discussion opportunity, 9-12 month formal review

$17/hr. based on experience (starting rate)
Compensation is determined by experience and performance. Additional compensatory packages and options are at the discretion of the Proprietor and are determined every year. This is a living document; additional responsibilities or modifications are subject to management discretion. Job Descriptions are reviewed annually.
