Seeking motivated individual breakfast/lunch. Must have

weekend availability

Experience cooking breakfast

Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications include, but are not limited to being able to lift 50lbs, being able maintain a clean and sanitary work station.

Ability to communicate and read tickets.

Cook food items to the correct temperatures, and breaking down and cleaning equipment and resetting of the station.

Some food preparation and restocking the kitchen for the next service.

Work as a team running a fast paced line in a small area. Willing to work hard and follow recipes and instructions

Responsibilities:

cook menu items to perfection every time

Ensure that food comes out simultaneously in high quality and in a timely fashion

Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards

Clean up station and take care of leftover food

Prepare food for service prepping and portioning

Follow all recipes and instructions

Maintain a positive attitude with coworkers and customers

Requirements

cooking experience as a grill cook

must maintain accuracy and speed in preforming assigned tasks
