THE POSITIONAre you an ambitious administrative professional looking for a new and exciting career? The Department of Revenue is looking for a dedicated Clerical Assistant 3 to complete our team. This position gives you the opportunity to provide vital support and customer service related to the Claims, Licensing, and Instant Accounting units in the Retailer Services Division (Lottery Call Center) of the Pennsylvania State Lottery. DESCRIPTION OF WORKAs a Clerical Assistant 3, you will be playing a major role in the office by ensuring operations are ran efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for demonstrating a commitment to the service-oriented culture of the department, while being mindful of internal controls and risk management when changes are made. Effective communication is essential in this position as you will be corresponding with retailers on a daily basis and communicating with customers to resolve issues while providing them with accurate information. You will have the opportunity to share your job knowledge with new employees as you assist with training them on the most up to date procedures. Interested in learning more? Full-time employment
Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITYQUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
One year as a Clerical Assistant 2 (commonwealth title);or
One year of moderately complex clerical experience;or
An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Additional Requirements:
You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Preferred Qualifications (not required):
Call center experience
Customer service experience
