THE POSITIONThe Department of Revenue is searching for a Clerical Assistant 2 for the claims division of the PA Lottery Department. This position requires excellent clerical and customer service skills to meet the needs of our retailers and customers. If this sounds like a position for you, apply today to join our team! DESCRIPTION OF WORKThis position requires the Clerical Assistant 2 to have excellent customer service skills in order to communicate effectively with customers and retailers. You must be detail oriented in order to proo claim forms, data enter claim forms, and compose correspondence as required. Interested in learning more? Full-time employment.
Work hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm, with a 30-minute lunch.
Salary: Selected candidates who are new to employment within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $35,306 (before taxes).

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITYQUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (commonwealth title); or
Graduation from high school; or
An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Additional Requirements:
You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Preferred Qualifications (not required):
Customer service experience.
Call center experience.
