Dale Management LLC is hiring a Solar Electrical Install Helper

PAY:

$150/day during training week

$200/day once training is complete

WORK AREA:

Western to Central PA

(Some days require up to 2 hours one-way travel)

We install residential solar electrical systems and are looking for a reliable helper with basic electrical knowledge. You'll assist with wiring, conduit runs, panel connections, and jobsite setup. Training is provided.

Requirements:

Basic electrical knowledge preferred

Ability to use basic power tools (drill, impact, saw, etc.)

Must be able to drive

Reliable transportation (truck/van can be provided)

Willing to travel for jobs

Good work ethic, punctual, and able to follow direction
