Carpenter/Carpenter Helper

seeking candidate to fill staff carpenter position to work in interior and exterior restoration projects

Essential Job Duties:

Physical ability to work from ladders/scaffolding and lift over 50 lbs.

Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions, both indoor and outdoor

Must understand and exhibit experience in carpentry, painting, masonry and other building trades and handle other tasks as assigned

Maintain a clean and safe work area

Must be able to come to work promptly and at scheduled times

Must be able to take direction and work well with others

Must possess and maintain a current, valid PA Driver’s license and pass a background check
