Property Maintenance & General Labor

We are looking for someone to help maintain rental houses in the Northside of Pgh, McKees Rocks and surrounding areas of Pittsburgh.

Must be a reliable person

Must have a valid driver's license

Must have a reliable vehicle

Must be able to work alone and with others

20 - 30+ hours/week

Types of work performed (Examples only. Others may be added)

Interior and exterior painting

House clean-outs and house cleaning

Grass cutting/lawn maintenance

Weekly pay by check (not cash)

1099 Position (not "under the table")
