General Labor / Handyperson (Apollo / Vandergrift)

Looking for reliable person to maintain our commercial and residential properties, around the Apollo and Vandergrift area.

Tasks include but not limited to:

Mowing and Trimming

Light Landscaping

Snow Plowing

Painting interior and exterior

Building Maintenance

Carpet and Hard floor cleaning

Fall and Spring Cleanup

Outside Holiday Decorating

Power washing

Between rental cleanup and repairs.

Part time year round 24 to 32 hrs per week, hours will be flexible with evenings and weekend time needed. This is a permanent position. Pay will be between 16 and 18.00 per hour based on experience and availability. Must have valid drivers license with clean driving record. We provide tools and equipment.
