We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Processing Manager I to join our Wealth Management team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA - HYBRID.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Manage and lead a staff of professionals responsible for maintaining the integrity of the data contained in the Security Master File on the SEI/TRUST 3000 Trust Accounting application.
Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, controls and best practices to foster a strong risk mitigation environment and compliance to all department, enterprise, fiduciary and regulatory requirements.
Manages the performance of teams and sets area priorities in line with those of the Service Delivery Operations Department.
Responsible for providing superior service to both internal constituents and external clients.
Responsible for management unit financial resources (budget, expenses, etc.)
Participates in various projects such as asset conversions, product/solution development and software release testing.To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required with an MBA preferred.
10+ years of total work experience with 1-2 years of management experience preferred.
Strong experience in an operational area and/or client service in a related financial services discipline preferred.
Possess strong PC skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
