We're seeking a future team member for the role of US Tax Operations Manager, Head of AIS FATCA to join our Tax Operations team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, hybrid role minimally 3 days in office.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Oversee the AIS FATCA Tax Operations with teams across different regions.
Develop and implement policies, procedures and controls to ensure compliance with FATCA/CRS requirements.
Engage with senior business partners on contributing to prospective new business RFPs.
Provide Control Oversight, Governance and status reporting.
Analyzes business functions and processes, providing analytical analysis to challenge current processes to target process improvement and reduce risk.
Able to think strategically. Solution problems with Client experience in mind.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Bachelors degree in a business discipline or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
7-10 years of total work experience and 2-3 years of management experience preferred.
Ability to collaborate across multiple groups and locations in a matrixed organization is required.
Innovative mindset with process improvement experience required.
FATCA/CRS Tax knowledge, education, and/or experience is preferred.
