Maintenance person for two Bensalem apartment complexes, Center Point West Apts. and Hunters Creek Apts. Must pass background check Must have valid driver's license, valid vehicle inspection, valid current vehicle insurance, dependable car and own tools. Must be experienced in plumbing, electric, sheetrock, painting and small appliance repair. Health & dental benefits after probation period. Must live within 20 minutes from complexes (near Bensalem HS). You will be expected to be on call on a rotating basis with other employees.
