Handyman for Light Carpentry, Light Plaster & Light Plumbing!

I need a handyman/woman who is interested in doing COSMETIC work, i.e., light plumbing, light plastering and light carpentry in a 1930s row home (see photos). I need a craftsman who is going to give me a competitive PER DAY rate

to knock out these tasks 1, 2 or 3 at a time.

Example: Glass Block window in the basement = one day of work, etc.

Example: Install bed and bathroom door knobs (some skeleton key) on 4 doors = one day of work

WHO ARE THESE PROJECTS FOR?

These projects are for skilled labor who are between jobs OR waiting for permits for a BIG job OR something

to do on the weekends OR an opportunity to sharpen their REPAIR skills OR an opportunity to teach an

apprentice.

WHAT TYPE OF PROJECT IS THIS?

This is a REPAIR project, NOT a renovation. If it can't be repaired it won't get fixed. This is a project for

ONE skilled craftsman, not a TEAM of workers (except if you have an apprentice).
