Handyman Needed for Carpentry - Plaster - Light Plumbing!

I need a handyman/woman who is interested in doing cosmetic work in a row home, i.e., light plumbing, light plastering &

light carpentry in a 1930s row home (see photos). I need a craftsman who is going to give me a competitive PER DAY rate to knock out these tasks one or two at a time. For example: Glass Block window in the basement = one day of work, etc.

Who are these projects for?

These projects are for skilled labor who are between jobs OR waiting for permits for a BIG job OR something to do on the weekends OR an opportunity to sharpen their REPAIR skills OR an opportunity to teach an apprentice.

What type of project is this?

This is NOT a renovation project. This is a REPAIR project. If it can't be repaired it won't get fixed.
