Need to fill a contract, a gym off Newtown Yardley Rd. Would prefer someone that is in that area, cleaning experience a plus. It takes approximately 4 hours a nite. 5 nites a week, taking off Friday's and Sundays, on Saturdays the gym closes at 6:30 p.m. also this is an overnight position for the gym opens up at 5:30 a.m. and closes at 11:00 p.m. Everything you need is on site as well as all chemicals, mop buckets, mop heads (Rayon mop heads for rooms with rubber flooring, vacuum, & back pack vacuum

The bathrooms &am locker rooms get cleaned, all equpment gets cleaned &; sanitized, plus restocking of paper products in bathrooms. All mirrors get cleaned as well as all glass. Walls get spit cleaned & The first light we start.I will be training whoever I give this position to and we'll have extra cleaners to do a full detail.So it will basically be keeping it up to pare Below below are a bunch of pictures with the different rooms showing the different floors all the close.

Get mapped with cold water and the rooms with the rubber floors. We have a separate rayon mop and bucket after using a backpack to vacuum the rubber flooring & areas of carpeting. The pay is $520.00 on the 1st & 15th of each month. Every quarter there will be an Extra Day added to detail. Below are pics so you can see the different rooms, flooring, mirrors, glass doors & equipment. Also all trash gets emptied and wipe down as well as the wall behind the trash can for people throw juices that splatter on the walls.
