Maintenance Position

Well established apartment community in Newtown Square is currently interviewing maintenance professionals to become part of our team. You will perform necessary work to keep mechanical equipment, apartment units and the property in good condition.

Responsibilities:

-Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings. Respond to and complete repair requests/work orders promptly and professionally.

-Diagnosing and troubleshooting problems

-Maintain a clean and safe work space.

-Perform minor maintenance of electrical systems (install, replace/wires, outlets, switches and bulbs)

-Perform minor plumbing maintenance (unclogging drains, sinks and toilets)

-Paint and spackel

-Small carpentry and drywall repairs

-Some furniture and carpet removal

-Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

-Previous experience in maintenance and or other closely related fields

-HS diploma or equivalent

-Deadline and detail oriented

-Ability to handle physical workload

-Must have reliable transportation & drivers license

-Must complete credit and background check
