FULL TIME MAINTENANCE MAN NEEDED

We are seeking a Full time Maintenance man. We need a team member that is friendly, detail oriented, can multi-task, and has good organizational and communication skills.

Salary/Hourly Rate: $15.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

Performs regular inspections of all common areas

Keeps property clean and in safe condition

Coordinates with contractors or repair crews for work

Handling Tenant Complaints

Delivers renewal letters and eviction notices and any notice to tenant if needed

Inspects vacant units and prepares them for rental and show the vacate space

Responds to emergency calls

Assist with Special projects and other responsibilities as needed

Requirements and Qualifications:

Has the ability to perform basic repairs in electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems.

Must have good communication and interpersonal skills

Must be detail oriented and have good scheduling skills

Must be proficient at safely using tools associated with the job

Must have a valid driver’s license

Must be able to lift heavy items
