Working Restaurant Manager

We are a unique family owned restaurant with a commitment to high quality food, specialty beverages and workers. Seeking a talented and experienced Working Restaurant Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

-Overseas the day to day operations including working closely with the head chef.

-Ensures and provides excellent customer service. Address and handle customer complaints in a timely manner.

-Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Must be SafeServe certified.

-Actively participating in front of house duties like taking orders and managing the delivery apps i.e. UberEats, Grubhub.

-Controlling operational costs and underlying ways to cut waste.

Requirements:

-Minimum 5 years experience as a manager in a fast food environment.

-Excellent leadership skills

-Ability to manage the daily operations effectively from front-end to the back-end.

-Excellent customer service skills.

-Must pass background check.

Full-time position

Must work evenings and weekends
