Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As a Sous Chef, you will assist the Head Chef in overseeing the kitchen operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality food to our customers. Your leadership skills and culinary expertise will contribute to the success of our establishment.

Duties:

- Assist the Head Chef in planning and executing menus for various dining options, including catering and banquets

- Supervise and train kitchen staff in food preparation techniques, proper cooking methods, and portion control

- Manage inventory control, including ordering and receiving of ingredients and supplies

- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards

- Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

-Must work Sundays and Mondays

Skills:

- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Proficient in various cooking techniques and food preparation methods, able to work all stations.

- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
