Pipe Fitters and Pipe Welders (Tig and Stick) and Combo Fitter/Welders

Mid-Valley Staffing is currently recruiting for Pipe Fitters and Pipe Welders. These positions are for an industrial contractor who works in Oregon, Washing and Northern California!

The positions are Temp-to-Hire for the ideal candidate.

The ideal candidate will be able to do one, some or all of the following:

1. Measure, read and draw an ISO drawing for new and retro piping.

2. Be able to assist in the fitting of stainless and carbon steel piping based on ISO drawings

3. Be capable of TIG welding stainless that is schedule 10 and higher, with walking the cup

4. Be capable of stick welding carbon steel piping

5. Be capable of running thread pipes based off drawings, in accordance with standard practices of the industry.

The ideal candidate will be able to travel for work with company provided hotels and Per Diem, as well as be able to work extended days for outages; etc.

Much of the work is field work, while some is shop fabrication!

To apply, candidates should be able to either demonstrate their experience in pipe fitting or pipe welding, and must pass a corresponding test!
