Ability to pass welding test to Red Dog Fabrication Standards.

Read/Interpret Drawings, Blueprints, and Plans to understand Fabrication Requirements.

Advanced Structural Fitting in a Steel Fabrication Environment.

Lay Out and Fit per Weld Details per AISC Standards (Preferred).

Experience Welding; Flux Core Dual Shield, CJP.

Certifications: FCAW, WABO, AWS, or able to Pass a Certification Test.

Identify Structural Steel Shapes, Including Beams, Columns, Plates, Channels & HSS.

Accurately Measure and Cut Structural Steel Components to Required Length using Tools and Equipment.

Knowledge of Proper Equipment, Materials and Supplies used in Steel Construction Work.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must Be at Least 18 Years of Age.

A Valid Washington State Driver’s License and a good driving record

Ability to Lift 65 lbs.

Knowledge of Proper Equipment, Materials and Supplies used in Steel Construction Work.

Understand, Follow and Transmit Written and Oral Instructions

Must Pass Required Pre-Employment Drug Screen, including No Marijuana

STARTING SALARY: $28+ Per Hour Based on Skills and Experience

SCHEDULES: 8 and 10+ Hour Shifts (5 Hours OT Per Week)

· DAYS: Monday through Friday (Normal 6 am - 3:30 pm), Occasional Saturday

· SWING: Monday through Friday (TBD), Occasional Saturday

· WEEKEND: Monday Through Friday (TBD)
