Electrical Project Manager Assistant

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, hard-working, Electrical project manager assistant for our growing company. You will play a vital role in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of our federal and public works projects. You will be working closely with our Electrical PM's, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Reading plans, blueprints, and technical drawings
Excellent project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines and budget goals
Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records
Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to maintain high standards of safety and workmanship
Schedule our team of electricians for both commercial and residential appointments.
Qualifications:
5+ years’ experience as a project coordinator or assistant project manager within an Electrical company
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
High standard of integrity and professionalism
Proficient in Project management software, Adobe and Excel (Spectrum/ Procore)
Ensure Compliance with local building codes and regulations
Understanding the construction process from award to project close-out
Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (Some jobs require an Enhanced License)
Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check. Must have a good driving record.

Competitive salary $55,000-100,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
