Outside Equipment Sales $25.00-$30.00

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Heavy Equipment Sales Rep to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction equipment sales and a deep understanding of the construction industry. This role is responsible for identifying customers' needs, building strong relationships with clients, and selling our range of heavy construction equipment and machinery solutions to meet client requirements.

Sales Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the equipment industry. Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our tractor products and services. Educate customers on the features and benefits of our products, and how they meet their needs.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Provide feedback to the management team to help shape sales strategies.

Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential customers. Demonstrate the value of our products through in-person meetings, product demonstrations, and virtual presentations.

Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales deals with customers. Ensure all sales transactions are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the CRM portal of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance. Prepare regular reports for the Sales Manager.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement sales campaigns. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience in heavy equipment, construction, or similar industry (3+ years preferred)

String knowledge of construction machinery and related equipment.

Self-motivated and goal oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel software.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

3+ years' experience preferred.

LANGUAGE AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS

Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information to management.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written or oral form.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES AND REGISTRATION

Valid Driver's License and ability to travel, as required.
