This includes running UAW crews, conducting safety walks, paying UAW employees daily and learning the operation within the FCSD operations.What you'll doThe Supervisor is expected to work closely with Superintendent and Plant Manager to ensure the following:Responsible for supervising all operations:Inbound, outbound, and claims processingResponsible for delivering objectives including but not limited to:Building Safety, positive UAW Relationships, Error Rate, Denial Rate, Inventory Accuracy, Overtime Percentage, Absenteeism, Vacation Scheduling, Grid Time, On Time Delivery, ISO 14001 Environmental Responsibilities, LPMH, Process Adherence/Improvement, Accountability, Customer Satisfaction, Accurate Application of the Ford-UAW National and Local Contracts, Direct Supervision/training of GSR 6 supervisors. Cover crews in supervisor's absence
Attend, facilitate, and submit proper documentation for crew meetings

Minimum 1-3 years operational experience within a High Velocity Center preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
Self Starter
Previous UAW/HVC supervisory experience preferred, willing to work rotating work hours when required
Knowledge or ability to learn current systems (SAP/EWM) Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to interpret data, evaluate actions, and reach logical conclusions independently
Goal oriented individual
Have Continuous Improvement mind set
Excellent organizational skills and ability to demand accountability from all employees
Other Information: Must be able to work outside of traditional work hours.
