Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator located in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is in the logistics industry and is based in a professional office environment. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be essential in managing logistics and shipping processes, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of logistics and shipping to ensure timely delivery of products Handle and resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and accuracy Utilize business systems such as CRM and ERP Solutions to process and track customer orders Oversee warranty claims and coordinate appropriate solutions Answer inbound calls and provide information regarding the product line Quote and price items accurately to meet customer needs and company standards Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times Use 'About Time' and 'Cargowise' software for efficient asset inventory management Perform billing functions and maintain accurate customer credit records Coordinate customer shipments, ensuring all customs requirements are met.
