Perfect for Retired Property Manager

PERFECT POSITION FOR RETIRED PROPERTY MANAGER – We need someone to oversee a small (40 unit) apartment community in the downtown Kannapolis area. Will lease apartments, schedule property repairs, and assist residents as needed. Accounting will be done by the corporate office. Must understand Fair Housing guidelines and be able to work independently. Minimal number of hours per week anticipated, but may include weekends and nights for emergencies. Bulk of compensation will be in the form of free rent of a 2-bedroom apartment. Leasing commissions ($100) paid at move-in. Hire date will be end of May or mid-June.
