Key Responsibilities:

Equipment Cleaning & Maintenance:

- Clean, sanitize, and maintain restoration equipment (e.g., air movers, dehumidifiers, vacuums, and extraction tools) to ensure operational efficiency.

- Inspection & Reporting: Regularly inspect equipment for damage or wear, report issues promptly, and assist with minor repairs or troubleshooting.

Inventory Management:

- Organize and maintain an accurate inventory of tools and cleaning supplies.

Adherence to Safety Protocols:

- Follow safety guidelines and ensure equipment is compliant with company standards and industry regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or GED.

Previous experience in equipment cleaning, restoration or a related field is preferred but not required.

Ability to operate and maintain cleaning equipment effectively.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (preferred).

Physical ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs regularly
