Apartment Repair & Maintenance

Has your side work slowed down?

We are a residential property management firm looking for a PART TIME handyman that can assist in the repair and maintenance of our apartment complexes.

We are flexible and can work around your schedule.

Properties are located in downtown Rochester and surrounding suburbs.

Necessary skills include

-PLUMBING repair/maintenance/troubleshooting/installation

-ELECTRICAL repair/maintenance/troubleshooting/installation

-PAINTING and MINOR DRYWALL repair. Appliance repair, door installation and experience in making apartments "rent ready" a plus.

Must be reliable, self motivated and able to work unsupervised.

Must have no criminal record, valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Must be able to lift 35 pounds.
