Property Maintenance Technician

Local property management company is looking for a motivated individual to join our team.The job

description is to include all phases of property maintenance , as well as renovation work from time to time.

Skills needed include:

light carpentry

flooring installation

some plumbing

some electrical

Full time Monday through Friday with rotating on call.

Must have own vehicle with drivers license.
