In search of a SKILLED tradesman minimum 15 years experience. Hang doors, crown molding, kitchen installs, millwork installs. Knowledge of plumbing and electrical work. This job is for someone who has ran their own crew or business before.

High end commercial and residential (panel ready appliances LED lighting, level 5 dry wall finish, multiply elevation lighting details)

Offering up to $40 an hour for QUALIFIED person

REQUIRED skills / knowledge

- tile

- skim coating

- working with panel ready appliances

- must speak English and some Spanish

- atleast 10 years experience working in Manhattan and knowledge of the plumbing and electrical code
