Project Manager / Foreman

We are looking for Project manager in the Construction industry with a concentration in masonry work

General Skills / Requirements of this position:

Decision-making: Project Manager must make independent decisions daily, addressing the best way to handle specific tasks.

Communications and collaboration: Project Managers must collaborate with on-site Superintendent, peers, management, and clients on a regular basis.

Organizational skills: Organization, time management and prioritization are the core elements of the Project Managers responsibilities. You must know how to keep yourself, your support staff, subcontractors and material suppliers organized and how to determine which tasks are the most important.

Computer/Software Systems:

Needs to have an understanding estimating software and how to estimate a complete job

Proficient with Microsoft Office Tools including – Outlook, Word, Excel, along with OneNote and OneDrive for Business.
