Bridal Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bridal Sales Stylist to join our boutique. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sales and passionate about providing an exceptional, elevated shopping experience for brides. We offer a unique selection of handmade European wedding gowns and accessories, specializing in designs from Ukraine. Our boutique provides competitive pay, including salary plus commission, vacation time, and opportunities for growth within the company.

Essential Job Functions:

Achieve monthly sales goals by delivering a high level of customer service and building meaningful relationships with brides.

Provide personalized recommendations and expert advice on gown styles, fabrics, and designers.

Maintain thorough knowledge of salon merchandise and stay up-to-date on current bridal fashion trends.

Use iPad tools to research and communicate product information to clients.

Coordinate gown shipments to clients, press events, and trunk shows.

Communicate effectively with our production team in Ukraine to ensure orders and customizations are processed smoothly.

Assist with store operations, including inventory management, merchandise ticketing, and store projects as needed.

Skills & Requirements:

Prior experience (1-5 years) in retail, particularly in bridal, apparel, or specialty stores, is preferred.

Strong sales skills with the ability to build lasting relationships and exceed customer satisfaction.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian language is preferred to communicate with our production team.

Ability to work collaboratively with staff across all levels and departments within the company.

Ability to provide detailed information on designers, gown construction, fabrics, and trends to help brides find their perfect dress.

Education & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous experience in bridal or luxury retail is highly desirable.

Expert training will be provided to the right candidate.
