WINE SALES ASSOCIATE - PENN CELLARS (Part-Time & Full-Time Positions)

Competitive hourly pay ($16-22 based on experience)

Ideal Candidate:

Has basic wine knowledge (familiar with major regions and varieties)

Possesses excellent customer service skills

Can work some weekends (particularly Saturdays)

Is able to lift and carry cases of wine (approximately 40 lbs)

Previous wine sales experience preferred (1 year)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide warm, knowledgeable customer service

Offer thoughtful wine recommendations based on customer preferences

Process sales transactions and handle payments accurately

Maintain store organization and cleanliness

Answer phone calls professionally

Utilize POS system and basic business software

Stock shelves as needed

Continue learning about wines and spirits

Schedule: 7-8 hour shifts, combination of weekday and weekend availability required.
