About the Role

Remains Lighting is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to support our sales team by managing the operational execution of client projects from quote through production and final delivery. Based at our Brooklyn factory headquarters, this role partners closely with our sales, production, and engineering teams to ensure accuracy, coordination, and a high-touch client experience. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and enjoys cross-functional team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

-Prepare quotes, documentation, and proposals under Account Manager direction

-Maintain accurate CRM records, timelines, and project documentation

-Coordinate order execution from sale through production, delivery, and close-out

-Serve as the primary operational contact for post-close client communication

-Track production timelines and proactively communicate updates or changes

-Coordinate with engineering, purchasing, and factory teams to ensure specifications are accurately executed

-Support sales reporting, forecasting, and process standardization

Qualifications

-2–5 years of experience in client services, sales operations, or project coordination

-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

-Clear, professional written and verbal communication abilities

-Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams

-Comfort working in a fast-paced, factory-based environment

-Experience with CRM and/or ERP systems preferred

-Interest in craftsmanship, materials, or design is a plus
