Job Description:

We are seeking a bilingual receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our clients. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for individuals facing significant challenges. Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients and visitors with professionalism and empathy.

Answer and direct phone calls in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear and accurate communication.

Schedule appointments, manage attorney calendars, and coordinate meetings.

Organize and manage a high volume of documents and case files.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and document preparation.

Adapt to urgent needs and support the team in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

Fluency in English and Spanish is required (both spoken and written).

Prior receptionist or front desk experience is preferred.

Experience in a law firm is a plus.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
