Our client, a leading real estate firm headquartered in NYC, is looking for a long-term temp Client Service Assistant to join their team from ASAP through January 3rd, 2025. This role will be fully onsite Monday - Friday in their 300 Park Avenue location. The schedule would be 9 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. (very limited OT as needed). This person will be responsible for answering the phones, talking to customers, providing guidance, communicate building updates, handling customer billables/ setting up billing accounts, preparing rent statements, and ad hoc projects as needed. Hourly pay rate is $25-29/hr DOE.Responsibilities:Provide a warm and welcoming experience for customers and visitorsMaintain a high level of customer satisfaction, responding to customer needs in a timely mannerActive support the Property Management team in fostering long lasting relationships with customersProvide support to ensure smooth operations of the Property Management OfficeProcess all invoices in a timely mannerPrepare monthly accruals and reclasses with Property Manager oversightPrepare monthly automated rent documents, and arrears updatesCreate and maintain customers billables spreadsheetAssist with setup/ maintenance for new building accounts, organize, and order office supplies for the Property Management Office as necessaryAssist with annual budgeting such as customer billable income/ expenses, building office expensesCommunicating building updates to customersAssist the Property Management team with projects & communicationsQualifications:1+ years of professional experience, ideally administrative and/or customer service experienceExperience out of real estate or hospitality idealAny experience with account receivables, invoicing, accounts payable would be great but not required - they will train for thisBachelor's degree requiredProficient in MS Office SuiteStrong written and verbal communication skillsBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
