Queens Truck Dealership is seeking an office assistant, will play a vital role in supporting our dealership’s administrative functions. You will work closely with our sales and administrative teams to ensure smooth operations, assisting with documentation, customer service and general office management. We are requiring the following:

- Organize, and update relevant data using database applications.

- Handle administrative requests.

- Provide general support to visitors and assist with office duties as needed.

- Perform clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls & preparing documents.

- High school graduate (required).

- Need office experience at least 3 years.

- Strong understanding of Microsoft office suite (word, excel and PowerPoint).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Patience, hardworking attitude and a team player.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
