RECEPTIONIST WANTED

American Bartenders School, a licensed trade school in the Chelsea area of New York City, is currently seeking a full time front desk receptionist.

We are looking for smart individuals with a clear, articulate speaking voice.

Reliability, a great personality, accountability and being able to follow directions are very important to us.

Fluent in Spanish is a plus.

The job description includes:

-Greeting applicants and having them sign in and fill out paperwork.

-Answering calls and taking detailed messages or transferring to appropriate parties.

-Confirming appointments by phone and text message.

-Filing.

-Light data entry.

We will train you on our customer relations management software and phone system, but you must have basic computer literacy.

This position is in-person, NOT virtual.

$22.00 per hour starting

Available shift is from 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday.
