A high-end retail floral design studio seeking a designer

We are seeking a creative and experienced Floral Designer to join our established high-end flower shop in Midtown Manhattan. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience and must be self-motivated and driven.

Key Responsibilities:

-Design and create floral arrangements

-Prioritize and work efficiently in a team setting

-Communicate effectively with customers and address their inquiries in a friendly manner

-Take phone orders and ensure timely and satisfactory fulfillment

-Maintain and arrange store displays, including flowers, plants, antique items, furniture, and other gift items

-Event planning experience is a plus

Qualifications:

-Minimum of three years of experience

-Strong communication skills

-Responsible, self-motivated, and eager to learn

-Flexible schedule with regular weekend availability and extended hours during the holiday season

-Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
