Superintendent

For a 50 unit building in Crown heights, we are looking for a live in super to preform all building cleaning, maintenance, and garbage.

Must be experience and know how to run boilers, fix leak, clogged drains, trash processing etc.

Must have boiler license.

Must be in at all times. $550 per week plus apartment.
