Home Care Patients - Post Hospitalization / Post Fall Assessments, Re- Assessments, Home Health Aide Supervisions.

Compensation

Starting Annual Salary $100K - $110K (DOE)

Full Time / Part Time / Per Diem / Fee for Service Positions are also available

We have immediate opening for multiple RN positions in Queens, Brooklyn, NYC, and Bronx.

Bi-Lingual RNs are a plus

Requirements:

- Current and valid NYS RN Licensure

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Access to a car and the ability to drive for visits

- Excellent patient care and assessment skills

Latest medical (Physical from(filled out by your doctor), 2 step PPD( Chest X-Ray report if PPD is positive), Rubella and Rubeola titer (Lab report required), Drug Screen(Lab Report required).
