Registered Nurse - Foster Care Management - Home Visits Required -$55

We are hiring an RN to work with families and adolescents in Foster Care Program.

This is a Full Time - 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday role.

The office is based out of the South Bronx.

This role requires Home Visits and Community Field Work.

You Will monitor and manage the health and medical needs of children in care

Coordinate with foster families, biological families, and medical professionals

Make monthly home visits and accompany children to specialty medical appointments

Provide training, counseling, and support to foster parents on children’s medical needs

Ensure all health-related documentation meets regulatory and agency standards

Requirements:

Minimum 1 Year Experience Working as a Registered Nurse

MUST HAVE AN RN (Registered Nurse) License.

Experience with Adolescents is required.

The position pays between 55 per hour.

The hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

After the training period (1-2 Months) a hybrid schedule (1 day remote) is available.
