POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking talented and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. If you’re passionate about providing excellent service, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy being part of a team that values growth and collaboration, we want to hear from you!

AVAILABLE ROLES:

(FOH): Server, Bartender, Host/Hostess, Food Runner, Barback, Floor Managers

(BOH): Line Cook, Prep Cook, Dishwasher, Expeditor, Floor Managers

RESPONSIBILITIES:

(FOH):

Greet guests warmly and guide them through their dining experience.

Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on hospitality.

Take accurate food and drink orders.

Maintain a clean and organized dining area and bar.

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service.

(BOH):

Prepare high-quality dishes according to recipes and standards.

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed.

Assist with prep work and restocking as needed.

Communicate effectively with the team to ensure timely service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

(FOH):

Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Knowledge of [specific cuisine, e.g., soul food] is a plus.

(BOH):

Proven experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment.

Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
