Bartender

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bartender with Server Experience. In this dual role, you’ll create exceptional drink experiences at the bar and provide outstanding service to tables, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following company recipes and standards.

Take food and drink orders from customers, both at the bar and in designated table areas.

Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience.

Ensure the bar and service areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked.

Maintain knowledge of drink and food menus, including specials and seasonal offerings.

Handle cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly.

Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service laws and policies.

Work collaboratively with the front and back-of-house team to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a bartender and server in a fast-paced environment.

Strong knowledge of mixology and food pairing.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.

Must be 18/21 years or older (as required by state law).

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Certification in responsible alcohol service (preferred).
