Dear Irving Gramercy, a high-energy, upscale cocktail bar and private event space, is seeking a professional and dynamic Floor Manager to join our leadership team. Position Responsibilities

As a Floor Manager, you will be expected to:

- Be present throughout service, ensuring all staff have what they need to deliver excellent service.

- Oversee guest satisfaction, resolving any issues swiftly and with poise.

- Uphold our high standards for a memorable guest experience through attentive, passionate leadership.

- Coordinate and host events

Position Qualifications

- A polished, professional demeanor and presentation

- Ability to work late nights and weekends

- Minimum 2 years of team management experience in hospitality and customer service

- Strong communication skills and initiative

- Focused, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence

- Ability to stay composed and patient with both guests and staff

Certification Requirements:

- NYC DOH Food Handler’s Certificate (required)

- TIPS certification (optional for hiring; if hired, course completion and reimbursement are provided)

Skills in Technology:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Experience with POS systems and reservation platforms such as Resy or OpenTable

Compensation

- Salary: $63,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience
