Restaurant Floor Manager

We have a position available in our acclaimed, high volume New York City restaurant, for a highly motivated individual who has experience in front of the house management. This includes dining room etiquette, contact with customers, training of the serving staff, an extensive knowledge of wines and liquors and the management of relations with various back of the house departments.
